Mobile Broadband with a free Laptop

Can anyone suggest the best mobile broadband deal
which includes a free laptop.I dont want to spend more

I don't know this particular laptop but a mate of mine has a similar deal with Orange & the laptop has just enough RAM to run vista basic & is really cheap looking with a terrible plastic screen .
