Can anyone tell me if Wizzair are ABTA bonded?
They are failing to refund my ticket money

(I would have been very surprised if they were. ABTA represents travel agents, not individual airlines).
Any reference to ABTA membership on the Wizz Air website is almost certainly relates to their partner company, Octopus Travel, which provides hotel booking services.
Package holidays, including a flight, have to be protected under the ATOL scheme, as are flight-only arrangements booked through a tour operator. There is no statutory protection scheme for flights booked directly with an airline. Your only 'official' course of action is to take action through the courts. However an 'unofficial' route, such as involving the media, might be easier and more productive.
