hi again lfc,
i am not a fan of any footie team these days in the context of attending matyches, but i have been an armchair supporter of man utd since Geirgie Best was first signed to them, when i was 13 i based my end of term english exam essay on the benfica match. i used to go to goodison when i was 11/12 with my dad and then again with my ex husband in the late 70s, but never supported everton, even though i have all my dad's toffee memoribillia here now, including Dixie Dean;s signed autobiography.
When I was in my late teens, early 20s, I mixed in the same circles as several First Division players and actually spent some quality time with one of them. He was a Liverpool player but ended up being sold darn sarf.
Just to clarify, I am not a Liverpool fan, but they are a fairly good team.
