Whose fault was it - China's or America's?

Depends on your point of view, but........ The Chinese aircraft WAS 'bumping' the US plane. 'Bumping' involves flying over another aircraft at close range and very high speeds in order to destablise. On the 3rd attempt, the Chinese aircraft clipped the US plane which caused it to crash. The US plane narrowly survived the incident. Now, whether or not the US plane was in Chinese or 'international' airspace we will never know.

Of course, the exact location of the US plane is known. GPS etc. If it was in Chinese air space we will never know. It is blatantly obvious the Chinese plane was interfering with the US plane. Both parties will continue to blame one another until something more inportant happens
