They relationship can not be known for sure, apart from the fact that one is male amd the other female the exact relationship between them cannot be known with certainty.
They could be husband and wife, brother and sister -in-law, unrelated and unmarried, father and daughter, nephew and aunt, niece and uncle etc.

Husband and wife would seem to fit. Most of Fibonacci's suggestions seem incestuous at best. Father and daughter would be quite disturbing.
