im making a cheese ploughmans for about 40 people on thursday, what should i put in it. thanks

would it be practical to serve it as a buffet so people can choose a cheese they like? A few nice cheeses with the things already mentioned? Cheese is a personal preference really x

When I first came to the UK-a million years ago-ploughmans was all you could get in pubs......not any more-or so it seems.
All the versions mentioned sound delicious!
