If the government thinks that the birth rate in this country is so rediculously high especially for teens why don't they do anything.

i don't think we should go as far a China, where you might have to have an abortion.

sex education via schools
sex education via the health services
sexual health teams via health services
Free prescription birth control
free condoms
free abortions
outreach work via local councils
and so on

What else would you like the goverment to do??? chaperone all under 16 year olds?

it was in a newspaper a few weeks ago. a bit vague but probably true.

i don't know maybe temporary birthcontrol that the person can't do much about. so no tablets. until they are deemed mature, financialy stable and healthy enough to have children.
