do the tecniques in this book work? my mum was wondering. Also are there any websites that are free and give a few tips to diy body wraps as she doesnt want to spend her money on the book if it doesnt work. Credit crunch and all that(:

Of course it doesn't work. The NHS and other companies all over the world are spending billions of pounds to find safe weight loss treatments that work.

Wrapping would be perfect - absolutely no side effects because it does absolutely nothing.

Waste of money. The only things that will help an individual lose weight are eating less and exercising more.
We'd all like an easier option but none of them work unfortunately.
