Lost Pastword in Outlook Express

A few days ago when I opened Outlook Express ny main account wouldn't open. My password which was in the 'remembered box' has always worked but on this occassion it would not let me access my mailbox. Is there a way I can into the system to either find or change the password?

Isn't this the password your ISP gave you? If so you'll have to get in touch with them.
try to again login with the correct user name and password.

otherwise contact the isp for the password.

if you will not recover the password all your data will lost.

Have you tried to open you web mail with same password?
If it open, then it must be persist wrong settings in your outlook.

Thanks for all the answers.

In the end I followed the advice of Johnpol78 & got in touch with my ISP who quickly reset the password.
