there was someone talking about it last weekend, Im guessing that their username has turned grey and they have commenced mass reporting.

I suppose they have been patient in all to get 10 usernames created then wait the 2 weeks until they turn grey

What actually happens is that even if scurrilous people gang up and block-report someone, their posts are only removed up until T-4H, and they can re-post again within 8H. I've seen the code, indeed wrote some of it (the bits that work). It would be a tragedy to lose knobby and legolard because of prejudice.
