why dont bigger people pay more than smaller people for excess baggage(body waight),on airlines.7st v 14st.

I mean not pay more
Well, they charge you by the kilo when your luggage exceeds the specified weight allowance, but don't refund you when you fall vastly short of said allowance.

I recently had to pay �30 to Ryanair for being 2 kilos overweight. On the return journey, my hold baggage only weighed 12 kilos. Didn't get a �45 refund..........
I agree that they should in theory. Passenger and bag should be weighed together. But...!! I don't think the humiliation is justifiable.

It would be hilarious.

There should be a big screen on which the passengers' weight flash up.

Well, it would help to pass the time waiting in check-in queues.

Ooh, passenger check-in scales, Mark II ...

Whenever a passenger exceeding a set weight stands on the scales, a hooter goes off, and a big light flashes.

JJ yocu kill me, everyone stand on a scale,not for public viewing.
Why don't children over 2 pay less for their seats, if that's the case then? How can they justify charging a 14stone person the same as a 3 stone toddler?
