Chicken Pathia
2 Answers
My absolute favourite dish when I go for an Indian, is Chicken Pathia. It's a sort of sweet & sour curry. Does anyone know of any jars of this? Tesco used to do one (for about a week!)! If not, anyone have the recipe?

I stopped cooking Indian food at home because I can get a meal delivered from a local restaurant at a cost of 7.
If I make it myself it takes a walk of twenty minutes to a shop for the fresh coriander, an hours preparation and an hour standing over a wok, and I only save about 2.00
it's not worth the hassle.
