incredimail

Having difficulty loading and usig incredimail. My ISP is SKY and I have set both pop and smtp to sky.com. However, I still get 'outgoing server smtp.sky.com cannot be found (etc.)'. The detail reads Failed to find host. Socket Error: 1100004, Port: 25, Protocol: SMTP. The requested name is valid but no data of the requested type was found'. Any ideas folks?

Try entering the SMTP server as
smtp.tools.sky.com

Sorry Chreis, but unfortunately, although I made BOTH incoming and outgoing tools.sky.com, I am now gettine this message when I try 'send all': "530 5.7.0 Must issue a START TLS command first. 24sm8177095eyx.13", and this: "Socket Error: 10060, Port: 110, Protocol: POP.A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond." on trying 'receive all'

Mr. H. If it's any help, I tried incredimail and it nearly drove me crackers, and I soon ditched it.

just thought i'd try something different. with my present (orange)system, if there are photos etc. inside an e-mail (as opposed to an attachment), whilst the text is forwarded ok, pictures are left out and all the recipoient gets is the shape of that picture, whether oblong, sqare or circular etc.
