Alex. In my book it is both wrong and sick. Totally out of order. Whoever posted this clip is utterly thoughtless, with no concept of what the family are feeling.

it's unnecessary, i remember it happening and seeing the footage on the news at the time, he actually collapsed and died shortly after being helped from the stage as far as i recall. why would someone feel the need to post such a thing? He was a lovely man a real gent by all accounts and he is still being mourned by his family. actually i have decided it is sick and should be reported to you tube as being in bad taste

i've just watched it (prompted by your thread) - I can see why its of morbid interest to some people but if you are not interested dont look. That goes for anybodies death. Why rubberneck at motorway crashes?

Nothing wrong with it. I enjoy sites that show shootings, beheadings and hangings, just like horror movies, but for real.

Whilst it may seem morbid to view such material on YouTube, they have far far worse on there. Just search for the death of the great Welsh F1 driver Tom Pryce at the South African Grand Prix.

Tommy Cooper died doing what he loved, we all die. That's the only guarantee in life, we have no choice in how we die, but if we die doing what we love, then that's a bonus in my eyes.
