Swordfish

Af'noon,

Done a rather dumb thing and invited friends round for dinner this evening and suggested Greek. I bought Swordfish yesterday because it was on menus everywhere when I've been to several Greek islands.

Trouble is I don't have a clue how to cook Swordfish.

I've searches for swordfish on the internet but nothing seems right.

Can anyone help? Cupboards, fridge & freezer well stocked so no sort of things to cook it with. BUT would appreciate something not too complicated.

Af'noon Jack Daniels,

Went for the Xifias sto Fourno: Herbed Swordfish - it was very nice.

Evening went very well, guests left well fed and watered ... um, well wined!!!!
