That is sloppy. But then, you'll find journalistic sloppiness in all papers.

My beef with the Mail isn't it's lax editorial standards. It's the fact that it makes its money by exploiting and fuelling the paranoia, fear, bitterness of the weak. Which is a shame.

It is currently the lead story and biggest headline on their website. If I can remember other deaths then so should they. Maybe they should have checked their own site archive.

Perhaps you should also check your numerous links Gromit, they also tend to contradict each other .
