on the sunday on the 10th of may my ex wife got me nick on the 9th may for saying i stamp on her foot which was meant to be cut from what i did , the pictures i got showed was taken on the 10th of may and could have been done anytime, i was in the cells for six hours, did me interview and the after that i got charge with a section 39 and a courts summoms what do you think thw out come will be this is my first time in touble please help

You've been charged with Common Assault which is the least serious assault charge.
It can carry a prison sentence of up to six months or a fine. I would be extremely surprised if you are jailed for a first offence, but of course it's up to the Magistrates.
I would imagine that a fine may be the most likely outcome.

I wouldn't worry about it. My husband kicked the crap out of me, pleaded guilty to abh and criminal damage and all he got was a fine and ordered to pay some compo.
The justice system is very much in favour of the criminals, how lucky for you.
