can someone tell me why adults feet don't get measured in shoe shops.i can only get normal(tight) or wide(sloppy).i need in between size.help please.

Have you checked out Duo? They do shoes and boots in a variety of calf and feet width fittings.

Find yourself a tape measure, or a piece of string and a ruler, they tell you how to measure on the site!

You could try The Shoe Tailor which have several width fittings, and calf fittings on boots. I think they can send a foot measure too which may help.
