Drainage dispute, ADVICE NEEDED
next doors had ,their gardens terraced, the bottom terrace was block paved ,they left a gap of about 6ins between their terracing and theboundary fence which has two gravel boards and then a fence panels between each post. i noticed the wall of their terracing had no gaps for drainge (as i have in mine )and thought that this may cause a problem. I was right . when it rains the water seeps between the gravel boards like a tap fully open, and floods my patio. obviously the people who did their work didnt put in any drainage. when i questioned theneighbours , and showed them phone footage of this , they said it couldnt be there fault as drainage had been put in, and that they had documented proof . i called them around again tonight ,and they said that i should just accept it that water from their garden floods my patio . where do i stand on this legally . and what should be my next move.

If it is seepage from below ground then they have a duty to put in adequate drainage.
