I have been trying to find out how much ot the purchase price of my MGZR went towards the now defunct warranty i need this information to make a claim on my visa card my dealer cant help any ideas anyone

All I can suggest is that you find how much to buy 3rd party insurance warranty would cost and use that.

Have you tried emailing mg/rover direct?

Have you checked out Goooogel for fan sites?

I am not sure that you can claim back anything from your visa cad - what would have to happen is that they take on the responsibility of the warranty. ie if there is a problem which would be covered under warranty they would have to pay.

thanks Tim, visa will only accept official documentation as to the cost of the warranty not how much it will cost me now via a third party ,mg are not answering my e- mails might phone them.Yes oneeyedvk visa say i can claim if i can get the information, any mgrover owners out there trying to do the same.

5th gear made mention of this in their programme shown earlier this week. Sorry, didn't get the name of the insurance company they mentioned, but you could try emailing them
