I would be grateful if anyone would please let me know of any bank that offers banking for a business by passbook? Thanks in advance.

None of the major Banks offer this facility. You maybe able to find a smaller Bank or building society (one that converted to a Bank) that uses passbooks for business customers but I seriously doubt it.
