Bright turquoise remains of egg found in woods

We found the remains of a bright turquoise egg in the woods this afternoon. From other postings it sounds like a Song Thrush egg, but it's really just got a few dark brown spots on.
Could anyone help?
Can't download a picture, but I suppose it's about 1.5 cm length- I can't find it at the moment, my son has put it in a safe place!
