Reinforced wall to stop fence from falling?
I am wanting to bring my garden level before turfing it. At the bottom of my garden is a fence and I am told I cannot just add soil to bring it all level as the weight, over time, may damage the fence or may rot it due to weather.
I understand I need to put a wall up between the fence and the soil but can this be done using breeze blocks / what brick? Any tips would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

in (length of posts and depth would vary according to circumstance) I then used 3 concrete plinths per 6ft section with a 3ft vertilap fence panel on top and leveled off to the plinths. this was one of the first things we did nearly 20 years ago and apart from replacing some fence panels that were damaged by wind we've had no trouble at all
