gardening
Wasn't sure where to put this question -
I own a terraced house, my garden backs onto someone elses garden. I have/had a tree in my garden and a trellis with climbing plants on it, some of this was overhanging the wall at the back (don't know how much) The people at the back have cut down aprox 70% of the tree and 90% of the climbing plants.
I don't think they came into my garden to do this, but they have removed almost all of the climbing plant from my side of the trellis too - whats left is now dying.
Were they allowed to do this? What if anything can I do to stop them from doing this again? Also they dumped quite a bit of the rubbish into my next door neighbours garden. (Which I will offer to remove as soon as I see her) I put the trellis up to block them from view, because they're all violent, foul mouthed, benefit cheats!

It looks awful but I'm not sure I want the aggro of reporting them.
If I took pics and they do it again would I beable to report both incidents?

Yes, but please appreciate that it is normally a civil offence against you, not a criminal offence. So the police aren't interested and the recourse is that you would have to take them to court for damages.
I can't think that this would count as criminal damage.
