downloading music to mobile phone

I have a Samsung D500 and would like to download music onto it to then use as a ringtone. Problem is that I just don't know where to start. Any ideas anyone? (not too complicated please!!)

Get yourself a bluetooth 'dongle' and you can send anything to your phone from your PC. They're pretty cheap and easy to use...
