Anyone recognize this fish

I have been givewn some fish by a friend but don't recognize them. They are like Black Widows / Black Skirt Tetras but the dorsal and anal fins appear much less full. They have a black tail and also a black almost oval mark near the gill cover edged with irridescent blue.
Any ideas? TIA

Yep I believe you are correct, thanks H! I dug a little deeper and trawled the tintraweb and eventually though looking at photos deduced the same any idea on the sex differences? Dorsals appear more square on some than others for one thing. Any chance of captive breeding in a smallish tank? 100ltr appx. Thanks again by the way
