Please identify tune!

I have this tune a couple of times.. it's a classic 'Garage' track, mid tempo with a very prominent saxophone line, very simple tune, with a strongly Jamaican (?) female vocalist. Was on XFM on Saturday evening before the B52s. Anybody know? Thanks!

Thanks for your answers so far... I now doubt it was XFM, it may have been Kiss 100, which is very difficult to navigate. It's garage/ska possibly, I wish I could sing it to you! Any more ideas?
