What IS wrong with Simon Cowell's face? He looks as though he has cotton wool balls in his cheeks and his top lip is not moving. A recent session of Botox??

He looks OK to me but I was wondering if Ant has had a hair transplant. Also, not sure if Pier's curls at the front of his head match the colour of those at the side. Does he have a bit extra help there?

He has admitted to having Botox regularly. I expect he also has Dermal Fillers, hence the Godfather look.
