Has anyone had a bad experience with either customer service rep's, mistakes made in bookings which ruin the holiday or unclean accommodation with James Villas Holidays.  We have just returned from such a holiday and would be interested to hear any other similar reports.  I am wondering if because people 'believe' they are reputable they put their own experiences down to being unlucky and therefore do not complain.  The way we were treated by the 2 rep's we dealt with was appalling and selfish and I find it heard to believe that many other people have not suffered a similar experience.
