What does it mean if your gettin it on with a guy and he asks are you new? lol i have never heard anyone use that phrase and wondered what it meant!

The obvious answer is it means 'are you new around here?' - ie have you recently arrived in town/whatever.

Whether there's some subtext or hidden meaning I've no idea.
