Sky One Dream Team

Hi everyone, I seem to be the only person I know that actually watches this programme but hopefully someone out there can put me out of my misery. I watched the season finale on Sunday and just wondered if thats the last ever episode since it seams they have killed off the whole team. Anyone know for sure?

I watch it too! Not sure if it's the last one though - I hope not. I seem to remember they killed a lot of the cast off a couple of series ago (another bus crash!) so maybe they are just bringing some 'new blood' in.

Will be gutted if it doesnt come back.  Best thing on a sunday night.  The trouble is they didnt do a 'dream team will be back later in the year' like they have done previously. Worth contacting sky do you think?

Anyone notice how that bloke from boyzone can act better than the bloke from boyzone who is in Corrie?

Yeah I noticed they didnt say Dream Team will be etc etc ..... I think i might email Sky.

And i agree about Fletch, not sure I get the point of bringing him back just to kill him off. Hmmmm.

Well Sheppy you gave me the push i needed and i have now answered my own question. Have a look at www.harchester.net. Here is what they are saying about the new series.......

Series 9 will be 31 episodes with a 90 minute Christmas Special. Lynda Block is due for release from Harchester Women�s Prison and set to return to the Lair. Who else could heal the town and the club after a tragedy like this? DT9 will be followed by DREAM TEAM RETRO where we will see Fletch as a schoolboy player and Fletch's dad, along with Frank Patcham and other historic figures from the old days of the Dragons, playing against Glen Hoddle, Ian Rush, Ossie Ardiles etc, using all our usual techniques with real life football footage. The series is three hours long. It will tell the story of HUFC in the run up to the 1986 World Cup. It will be scheduled in the run up to the 2006 World Cup.
DT castings will provide four new players and their wives and girlfriends. We have some cute guys and gals and a couple of well known faces.

Hurrah!!! I cant wait to see Lynda Block back
