love
yours sincerely would seem most appropriate
I'd use yours faithfully
Yours sincerely is the more informal expression - so would be used with 'To whom it................
I'm going with "Yours faithfully"
Sincerely if you've used the persons name. Faithfully / Truly for a "To whom it may concern"
Yours faithfully for formal when writing to a firm, and you don't know the name of the person dealing

Yours sincerely when you do know the name (IE, dear mr smith)
Yours faithfully.
I was taught that "To Whom it may concern" is outdated and one should always use "Dear Sir". If Dear Sir - use "Yours faithfully" - easy way to remember - never use the two "S's" together (ie Sir and sincerely).
Yours sincerely.

Thank You all i will settle with yours faithfully
But "To Whom it may Concern" covers both sexes Barmaid. otherwise it's: "Dear Sir/Madam".
Go with ''luv & lix''...
Definitely Yours faithfully, however I have noticed a new phrase on the block - "With kind regards" is becoming very popular where I work. Or have I just seen that on a formal work email?! Maybe it is just for emails.
Standard nowadays is "Hi John" and finish off with "Many Thanks, Pete"

Try to fit in the word "loose" as well, even if you mean "lose"
Oh ffs just post the bloody thing!!
You on piece work Postdog?
