I would love an Top-of-the page button, ABEd. Wouldn't al you others?

Whoops, didn't check the title - of course it is 'Top of the..." - if the button had already been there I wouldn't have made the mistake!

Another 'gaffe' on my part, or should, I say boo boo. There is one - back to the top, but it's amidst admin stuff, so I still think it is not obvious nor user friendly enough. Again sorry.

I use the Page Up key on my keyboard.

You can also use the Home and End keys to go to the top or bottom respectively.
