Mystery woman on cover of magazine

Can anyone remember which magazine had the picture of the beautiful woman on the cover a few years again? I think it was National Geographic ( not sure) and she was a refugee or something from Afganistan, she had her head covered and the most striking blue eyes, I think the first time they saw her no-one knew who she was. Dont know if that is enough to go on.
