facebook troubles

Just realised i have 2 facebook acounts! ive completely forgotten the email address associated with one of them - any ideas as to how i can find it? I really wanna delete it! The picture of me on that account is rather vile :(

I had same prob & only way i could solve it was to contact facebook on the account i used currently & explained about other & they told me all the details
