Why do people bye dogs & keep them locked up or stuck in their back yard & allow the bloody animals to bark all day. Is it me being a moaning old basd or I have I got a point?

Maybe they don't know it barks all day? Are they at home?

My neighbour did that years ago TWR. The dog used to bark all flipping night and I had to report it to the RSPCA. This was the same horrible woman who played her music loudly nearly ever night till 3 or 4 in the morning. She was prosecuted for the music but I don't know what happened to the dog. I hope the RSPCA sorted the dog out as many others complained too.

Ive got 2 dogs and as soon as they start yapping, they are brought in

I injected rat poison in some meat and threw it over the fence of my noisy neighbours dog, not heard it bark for ages.
