What colour is this box?
3 Answers
It looks like a kind of browny orange to me. But I know from people that sell art on the web that colour varies a lot from monitor to monitor. Is there not a 'universal colour' website you can visit to tune in your monitor, so that you don't buy a pink painting on the web only to find out it's red when you receive it?

on another screen, it looks a little different. if you're doing stuff where the colour is pretty important, you should calibrate your monitor properly. i think photoshop comes with something that does this, and loads the adobe gamma loader at startup.
your monitor would have to be set up terribly for red to look pink though ;)

if you're getting lots of pretty severe colour issues, then it could be the tubes going in the monitor (assuming its a crt, dont know that monitor).
