you know when ever you see a girl or guy you find attractive, your heart races and feels really funny. all of a flutter what actually happens in your heart, cos i read it sum1 but cant remeber. im just interested.i felt it the other day when i say my ex, and i got a bit panicky,lol!!! what does the heart tell you.???

Your actual heart will start to pump faster as you are getting nervous or excited to see that person, i used to get it with my BF, gone now though but i guess if he becomes an Ex and i see him that would certainly happen. I remember having a crush on a lad at school (he is gross now i dont know why i ever...) and everytime i saw him i got that, which was rather a lot as he was in some of my classes, i got really annoyed with it eventually as i couldn't control it and got all flustered each time i saw him. Made me feel like a right wolly!

I have read that it is an adrenaline rush that you feel trouble16.  This makes your heart  flutter, race or even feel that it is going to stop altogether. It is the same sort  of  reaction as you get when you get a fright, only with a difference in intensity and physical reaction.
Have you noticed a flurry of activity afterwards? This is the body's way of using up the adrenaline.
The heart is the seat of emotion. Some people think that this is the figureative heart and others think it is the literal heart.

i know what you mean. the first time i saw my now husband my heatr leaped to my throat! i knew then he was the one for me. only one problem, i was 16 he was 25. 18 is the leagal age in the us. he waited for me and 5 years later we were married. sometimes i still get butterflies when i look at him!

apparently that dropping feeling you get in you stomach when you see someone you fancy is a rush of blood to your sexual organs leaving the stomach area with a little less and feeling funny, It would explain a lot.

OMG i felt soemthing some strange when i saw this guy i like the other day when he came into where i work. when i saw him i looked away but found it difficult to take a deep breath, then when i served him, i felt really hot and my cheeks where getting rather warm, then my hands started to shake and all wobelly basically all over, i was so enmbaressed and i felt like he prob thinks i got soemthing wrong with me (i dont i jut really like him!) it would explain a lot, all this adrenilin rush stuff and im so pleased that there are other peorple with he same probs! is all this stuff ive just mentioned "normal"?????? or am i just been stupid!
