Electrican Apprentice wants to complete course

My son has recently been made redundant with just the AM2 and 17th Edition to complete. The college has said that he can't continue the course without an employer. Can anyone give advice please as it's such a waste for him to be such a few weeks away from qualifying.

There was a situation like this in our local area and the lad in question put an ad in the local paper asking for someone ot take him on so that he could complete his apprenticeship and he got a job, worth a try.
