I'm fairly sure JustScarah is right for Lisa, but Maggie...? I seem to remember her watching a cartoon once which was a bit like brightly coloured puppets. Reminded me of a very young child's cartoon which was on here. No idea what they were called though.

Happy Little Elves.

Happy Little Elves it is.  In the earlier episodes, when they were more anxious to emphasise the difference between the children, Lisa was very keen on watching Happy Little Elves tapes.  Later, Maggie became more interested.  Thet're not shown that often though.

Later on, they became more interested in positioning Bart and Lisa as a double act, so they both watched Itchy and Scratchy.

Lookslike   is right. If you watch the episode in the very early episodes where their baby sitter is the baby sitter bandit.  Lisa is well keen to watch happy little elves, where as Bart refers to then as the Crappy little elves.  Maggie is seen watching them too and gets really excited and claps her hands but that is in a different episode.

Don't they watch a teletubbies look-alikes or something at one time and Marge comes in and says something like "Thios reminds me of when your father and I smoked that..., nevermind"
