woodlice are eating my delphines what can i do about it

If you mean Delphiniums its far more likely that it is slugs that are eating them. Put some slug pellets down over night, but clear them  and the slugs and snailsup  in the morning so that the birds don't eat them.
I can't use slug pellets due to having animals all over the place. I've always used crushed up egg shells around vulnerable plants...slugs & snails don't seem to like putting their slimey little bodies on it!

No deffintly woodlice there nesting inside the plant, stems. I've used slug pellerts when i first noticed signs of invasion, the plant is also surrounded by bark and shells. Defently woodlice. Thereb
