Guinness ad

Hi I am trying to find the TV guinness ad, that had 3 men drinking at a bar, the bar was busy and a dog (poss jack russell was featured) the guys either side of the middle man, say 'well?' as the middle man takes a sip the whole bar is frozen. As soon as he says ok or fine or whatever, the whole bar comes back to life!
I think it was on in either the 70's or 80's, before the Rutger Hauer ad.

You aren't getting confused with the old John Smiths ads are you? Arkwrights dog, tonto, was a Jack Russell.
