I got arrested last Friday for Section 39 assault by beating i was given a caution at the police station on saturday when i was let out, what i really want to no is will any more charges be brought against me? or can they up the charge?
prev credit card fraud...?
  
next what sentence is my freind likely to recieve

No, that;s the end of it. Once you were cautioned and released the case would have been closed,
