lot better,than the stupid scriptwriters in soaps!!! What daft unconvincing clap-trap they are coming up with Who would you pen a story line about, Can you mix all the soap characters into one "biggy" ie; wedding of the year...Dot Cotton and Jack Duckworth to wed.... anything has to be better than Gail (ET) Platts boyfriend going bloody balistic and smashing up a kitchen that he put in,,,,'cos he had a bad back!!! and Nasty Nick holding terrified folk hostage with a ,,,,chair leg!!! LOL...Joy x

I don't think Gail's boyfriend smashed up the kitchen because he has a bad back. He is becoming addicted to the painkillers and is popping them like they are sweets. it's because devil david hid them and he was desperate for his fix.

I don't watch EE, but I think that some bits of corrie have a comic element to some of the storylines. I don't like violence portrayed in the soaps. I know it's part of everyday life, but I prefer to look at the lighthearted side of things too.

Soaps, eh?..............cant stand 'em.......corrie, eastenders,emmerdale etc............what a load of tosh!.......BUT i can see why people do like them as some folk get attached to the characters, so if they like it....why not?

Plots are awful......scripts awful too and acting not too special either!...............and yes, that gail from corrie is ET!

Dallas and Dynasty were proper soaps!!! ( but still *********)..............this was one of boo boo's favourites when she lived in the US................

morning yogi, I am in a quandty,,,he-he, I have mastered the art of downloading youtube clips of music into a folder, I have even put all the clips I have copied on to a DVD disk, they play on my computer but I want them to play on a stand-alone DVD player ....and it doesn't sob-sob
I have got some of my fav. clips which I would love to put together for an eveing of fun with my friends who are coming here on Friday night when Mr Joy goes off to watch WAR OF THE WORLDS or sumit...he-he, I know it's a live concert he's going to,
awww one of me very favz, is the classic comedy cut of Morcambe and Wise doing a Singing in the Rain spoof..lmao at that, but I want it on my tele,,,,anyone know how to help a poor defencless grandma??? to do this

A bit of a pickle, eh?............could be that the dvd disc you're using is NOT compatible on your stand alone dvd player as there are dvd-r, dvd-rw,dvd+r and dvd+rw's......if you're dvd player is not set to play them.....they wont!..........get your instructions for your stand alone player out ....see whats compatible and download using that disc.

For the you tube clips to mobile phones, suggest you post question in "Technology"........some good peep like ChuckFickens etc will maybe know, if can be done!..........i think it can, but you need software loaded on your mobile to take it!
