I can only get the arrow if I use the link given in the E-mail I had, so, seriously, does anyone know what is wrong?

Presumably you mean the scroll bar on right. Take the cursor to bottom right (it may turn into an arrow). Hold down left click and re-size window.

Thanks Tamborine, I did what you said but nothing happened. For the time being I will have to get in through the link I have got on my e-mail as my arrow is there when I do this. I think you are right, though, my page needs making slightly smaller. Many thanks for trying to help.

I have got my arrow back! I clicked on to an arrow at the top right and a menu came down, and one of the items was "compatibility view" so I clicked on this and the arrow came back. Thank very much tamborine you gave me the idea.
