My boyfriend proposed last night...

But.....I was drunk and don't really remember :-(

I think he was sober. I can't confirm that though as when I'm drunk I think everyone is sober..!!

At least he remembered....!

I've asked him for a ring....he hasn't texted back though...yet. He'll probably just give me the money :-)

What sort of "boyfriend" would propose to a drunk?

Seems he has got a good deal there.....LOL

Call me "old fashioned" but proposing to someone was at one time a serious and romantic affair. Hair brushed, best suit on etc, but proposing to someone who was drunk, was unthinkable.

I've had two proposals in my life.
Said yes to both.
Definitely should have said no to the first, should have thought more carefully about saying yes to the second.

Do you know - I can't remember either of them!! I wasn't drunk either. I must have been swept away by the emotion (ha!) of the occasion(s).
