Hi Cattlegate, I remember you've asked this question before. I did a lot of googling at that time and some yesterday, but no joy - just a whole lot of prostate related search results no doubt generated by the other men's experiences bit ;-) If I were you I'd try to find a couple of good Ask A Librarian type of sites; there's a chance someone will recognize it. It does seem familiar.
