Going Underground.
Mr Crow (of the RMT Union) claimed that at 6pm last night, an hour before the walkout began, agreement had been reached at the offices of the Acas conciliation service - only for a phone call from either Mr Johnson or Mr Hendy to call off the deal.
"Acas officials went off to get the document typed up and by the time they came back the underground management had reneged on it," claimed Mr Crow.

But the version also discussed is that Crow bought to the table the re instatement of two sacked employees. One is accused of a severe H&S issue the other of theft that is awaiting prosecution.
So I gues its down to who you believe.
Personally I think Crow was up for a fight, he is a Union dinasaur and I am sure the labour party could do without this so he is an absolute knob.

Crowe is probably fed up because his new political party didn't do very well in the Euro elections. Travelled in London quite easily today as there seemed to be more buses available. I feel sorry for the supporters of England who were hoping to travel to the match tonight, especially as its a guarenteed win and hopefully a goal fest.
Unions have no place in the modern world they set their stall out defending the indifensible. If you need to join a union then by definition you must be incapable. Crowe brings two sacked miscreants back to the table and expects them re employed, there is no way any management can wear that. If anytrhing Crowe has betrayed the Union, this ain't Leyland in 1972! I hope it was Boris who ejected this useless J' Arthurs.
