MS Office Picture Manager

Done a daft thing folks and require urgent help please. I am transferring a number of photo albums onto a pc via the scanner, then editing them (i.e reducing from 6 photos per page to 1 per page). You will see that I have to have new names for every photo, but I have lost my 'save as' command from Picture Manager. Where has it gone and more importantly, how do I get it back please?

Try this:
Right-click on the Menu bar and and choose Customize.
Select the Commands tab
Click the Rearrange Commands button
At the top, check "Menu Bar" and select "File" in the drop-down
Click the Reset button at the bottom.
Click OK
Click Close
Click Close
