Looking thru the teletext pages, I stumbled across the "papers today" pages. Apparently, a jobless man who dropped a �10 note, was fined �50 for littering !

Now.......would a jobless man - presumably in receipt of benefits - drop �10 ON PURPOSE ???

What is Britain coming to?

It was probably some jumped up little upstart who has let the "power" to impose a litter fine go to his head.

A jobless person can ill afford to drop a tenner, let alone be fined �50 for the misfortune of losing what little money he has. Has the country gone mad?
